Went out to eat too many times, lunch and dinner. Ate 1809 calories. Out of Control. Drinking a quart of water as I type.
Trying to get back on track. Hope all had a better end to their Sunday. Working toward a better Monday.

What did I eat Sunday?
B. 3-4 oz. Fiber One cereal, 2oz. 2% milk, 2 c. decaf.
L. Went to Ichiban with hubby 2 sons, daughter-in-law, daughter-in-love & precious grandson- 6 pieces Dragon Roll, a couple of bites each of salad & chicken fried rice
D. 3 oz. baked chicken, mashed potatoes, gr.beans
Water, water, water, Fiber One cereal bar & a fudgebar also
Got stitches out this morning, a new pair of shoes, brace on broken ankle which doctor says is mending beautifully!
Physical therapy begins tomorrow- here we go!
