What Did U Eat Yesterday, 3/17
Since Z has not posed the question, I shall ask,"What did you eat yesterday?"
Thursday I had:
B. Fiber One cereal, 2 oz. milk, 2 cups coffee
L. Marvelous green salad w. egg, peas, carrots- the good stuff (Ryans)
D. More salad, 3 oz. chicken, 2 bites mashed potatos, 2 bites green beans
Snax. 10 mini vanilla wafers, 1 fudgesicle, plenty of water
My biggest concern right now is trying to get in some upper body stretching & moving. It's not easy not getting to exercise & although my portions are small, I know it doesnt' take much to put on a couple of pounds if there's no exercise involved. SO...
if you can move that body today, MOVE IT and be thankful you can. Happy Week-end everyone!!!

Thanks for posting Jeanie. I had a long day yesterday and when I got home my computer was clowning so I drank me some tea and went to bed. Woke up at 12:30 ate a few chips and went back to bed. Vacationing caught up with me but I think I'm well rested now. Take care,
