Ooops, Where was the protein?  Started planning my meal and got side tracked.  Guess what?  Very low protein.  Did not realize why I wanted to snack.  It is important to pay attention to yourself.  No, I did not eat a lot of calories, however I did not get in enough protein to benefit myself and my weight loss program.
