Fri. 3/11/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?

Don't know what it's like where u r today but you can make your day start out right. Yes, plan it. Flying by the seat of your pants doesn't work well with us. We usually make poor choices. Hope all have their weekend gear packed to fight off temptations. Do the things your program for weight loss requires to keep u on track. If feeling a little vunerable ??? stay away from your food triggers. We all need to remember, protein first, take your vitamins, drink water and vary your workout routine.

Thursday, B. 2 c. coffee, 1/2 c. Fiber One Cereal- tasted soooo good & 1/2 piece wheat toast, butter & orange marmalade
L. Grilled chicken, mushrooms, green beans, roll, & Waldorf salad- a great home cooked meal, courtesy of dear church friends, Barbara & Bill
D. Smae as llunch, it was so, so verly good. Also had a couple of bites of peanut butter pie- enough to satisfy & convinced that was all I needed.
It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Doing more & more for myself, including I've learned how to get myself off the couch, to the kitchen & make pot of coffee & even fix my own cereal, even getting cleaned up, washing hair without Mr. Bill's help- I call that progress!!! Also, getting in a little bit of "execise", stretching, upper body arm exercises, trying not to get too out of shape while I recouperate with this creazy broken ankle.
