It is still early in the month.  Have u lived up to your March goals?  If not, it's never too late to re-start.  I've started doing yoga exercises and working w body electric so my workout runs from 5:00 am. to 6:00 am.  I am getting better, but found out so many things that I can no longer do .  Now's the time to regain that lost strength and power.  It was cold and rainy today but that did not deter me.  Hopefully you did not allow it to knock you off your course.  Take care and stick to your plan, protein firs****er, planning, journaling and exercise.  Vitamins are important too.
