Happy to say got my calories down yesterday. Hope all are doing well. We are having so much rain it makes u want to just sleep and eat. However we are not giving in to it. We plan our meals, take our vitamins and drink liquids, including water. If today is your exercise day, then push yourself to do it. I am fighting off a cold and decided to skip my workout this morning.
