B. 1 egg over light, about 2 oz. grits, 1/2 Everyday muffin (at Wild Eggs in Middletown)- we were out & it was great for a change of pace- everyone there very kind to this little granny in pajama pants and walker
L. kind of melted into D. hubby fixed marvelous fruit salad- pear, apple, grapes, orange, then about 2 oz. burgoo & about 5 white corn chips with a little melted cheese.
Snax, fudgesicle, juice. I know it looks on paper that I'm not getting enough to eat, but I'm not getting any real exercise to speak of either. Must get back on vitamin regimen today!! THANKFUL for another day. THANKFUL for WLS that helped my body be better prepared for this life interruption.
