Perhaps you have already read my note, "Back home after accident".  If this accident had happened 3 years ago, before WLS, it would have been so much harder on me, EMS workers, hospital staff, etc.  Weight loss & good health are so important.  You NEVER know when something could happen to you & you need to hop around on a walker after being in bed for several days.  Not to mention upper body strenghth, and a positive attitude.  Thanks to Dr. Allen & Norton Bariatrics, I have lost well over 60 pound in the last 3 years & I KNOW that it made a big difference in the outcome of this situation.  WLS surgery may nbot be for everyone, but it was the only way left I knew to get back under 200 pounds and nearly 28 years of neglecting by health. If you've already had surgery, go to the next level:  Get in that exercise routine & do it NOW.  Take care of yourself- someone & probably MANY someones are counting on you being around.
Have a great day, Kentuckiana.  It sure is beautiful out there.  So thankful I can enjoy it  from inside & thankful for God's grace that has brought me safe thus far!
