Well talking about carbs gone wild.  Yeah they did.  Remained under 100 but I did enjoy the day.  Time is winding down so I will drink dieters tea to clean my system before traveling this week and I plan to workout a little extra to boost metabolism.  The following is what I did, what about u?

     Z., Read your response yesterday & you mentioned going on a cruise? We have been on 2 cruises & have one more planned, for May. I LOVE cruising!  Eating right can be a challenge but CAN be done.  Love having fuit, lean meat & cheese for Breakfast, light Lunch & a reasonable Dinner.  On our December cruise, I spent time in the gym & really enjoyed it! If cruising is in your near future, hope you have a fabulous time. 
Now, as for Saturday:
B. 1/2 Fiber Plus bar, a 63 calorie, 9 carb Ranger cookie, 2 c. tea, later, Chai Tea Latte NF.
L. slice of spinach, bacon quiche (Cafe on Main St., Mt. Washington) 1/2 carrot/pineapple muffin
D. 1/2 c. chicken soup, very few noodles, 3 Ritz crackers, celery stick, 1tblsp. pnut butter
Snax. 1 fudgesicle (40 cal) 1 Yoplait Whipps, Chocolate (140)
WATER.

Swimming in the morning was my most exercise of day.  Happy Week-end to All!
