Saturday, 2/19/2011 What Did U Eat Yesterday?

Lovin' the Saturday sunshine!  On Friday, got a lot of work done around the house.  Staying active & off the couch means getting some exercise, getting something accomplished, & generally upping my feeling better about me (which keeps me out of the ice cream). Friday:
B. 1/2 slice wheat toast, 1 egg over light, 1-2 oz cheese (as you know, my favorite Brfst)
L. 1/2 c. homemade chicken soup w. 3 Ritz crackers
D. benedictine & chicken salad, but not together, maybe 4 oz. total on Ritz crackers, 3 oz. Wendy's chili w. sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese
Snack- about 4 oz. Frosty. earlier in day 1/2 orange
Feeling good, eating right, waiting patiently for scale number to drop...but not overanxious about it.  HAPPY WEEK_END!!!!    (Hey, there- what did YOU eat Friday?)

Glad u r doing well.  We do so much better when not overanxious.    Yesterday was the first time I've eaten an orange since surgery.  It was so good.  The carbs sent me into cardiac arrest but I've gotta add fruit to my menu before the cruise so I am trying to adjust my menu.
