Fri 2/18/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Still jumping for weight loss. Another pound bit the dust this week. At this rate by my bandiversary date I will reach goal. Slow but sure, I can live with that. Hope all are prepared to be strong and compliant with their individual plan this weekend.

Those late night chips kinda took me over the top, carbwise but I am still within my caloric limits. Planning to do better. Take care and have a great weekend.

Jumping for joy can be great exercise! Congrats Z, on your continued weight loss- you go, girl! For me, Thursday went like this: B. 1 egg over light, 1/2 piece wheat toast, 1-2 oz. mild cheddar cheese
L. homemade chicken soup, 2 tbsp. benedictine spread on 1/2 piece of wheat bread
afternoon snack, 140 cal. Yoplait Key Lime Whipps
D. not much- 1/2 of small fish sandwich, just the fish & a little tarter plus a handful of sunflower seeds. Good meal at Frisch's for hubby & granddaughters, but I just wasn't hungry. Got in over 40 oz. water today.
Got in at least 40 minutes of exercise, most of it in pool. Hope everyone has a great week-end-
