Thur. 2/17/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Still jumping on my lower carb menu but finding some slick spots out there and trying to beware of falling. Hope your Wednesday went as planned. Treadmill was interrupted several times but I got it done. As usual when doing right, vitamins and water consumed. Trying to switch up menu and forms of exercise too. For me Friday is weight day, a mental stressor. With all that being said, this is what I ate yesterday. How did u do?

Wednesday, 2/16, was interesting. Got back in the kitchen & did some cookin' with chicken. This was after walking through Oxmoor with Mr. Bill and small lunch at Panera.
B. Oatmeal, 3-4 oz., Splenda brown sugar, my 2 cups hot tea
L. Vegetable soup, 3-4 oz. & a bit of baguette
D. homemade chicken salad, easy on the mayo & about 3oz. homemade chicken soup (cheep, cheep)
Roasted chicken in the oven with Italian seasoning found in Kroger produce aisle, making it moist & delicious.
Later, strawberry Yoplait Whipps, very tastey.
