2/15/11 - What Did U Eat Yesterday?
Yes I did 45 minutes of Hip Hop Abs. Today I will be on the treadmill. I hate to say it but the more u do the easier it is to do it. Starting to once again see some body changes which is encouraging. Sometimes we have to take a step back and survey the area. The eyes need to see what the scale doesn't show.

What a difference a day makes! Monday was a calmer day. Just a little exercise around the house ( made up for it on Tuesday) but a little better eating:
B. 1 egg, over light, 2 oz. Mild Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 Whole Wheat Toast, 2 c. hot tea
L. 1/2 c. Broccoli Cheese soup (Cottage Cafe in Middletown)
D. 2-3 oz. Chicken & Rice
Snax 1 fudgesicle, 40 cal., 1 Yoplait Key Lime Whipped Yogurt, 140 cal., but satisfying

Great Job! Satisfying usually keeps us on track. Been doing good and will continue but tonight I just had to have some corn chips w/flax. Later I am going to get on treadmill again and drink lots of water to wa**** all away. See u n the mornin.
