Ok.  The scale did not move last week so must be something I'm doing.  Decided to get on the protein train cause I need help catching up to every one else that's losing.  I know eating more protein and less carbs will get the weight off even if I eat more calories.  Guess that's just how my body works.  Got busy and did not exercise yesterday but back on track today.
