Got up drinking my water this morning and that always starts my day well. Planning to work on my Zumba DVD today along with the treadmill and ab lounger. (I said plan) LOL Vitamins and water are not really an issue for me. Getting the right food combinations and exercise is my trouble areas. That being said, I'm working on it.

L.- At Panera Bread with hubby. 1/2 c. vegetable soup, 2 bites of chicken from salad & I closed up, NF Chai Tea Latte to go- lasted rest of afternoon
D.- Back in the kitchen, about 1/2 c. beef stroganoff (Hamburger Helper) & 3 brussel sprouts
Snax- 1 LF fudge bar
