Got up drinking my water this morning and that always starts my day well.  Planning to work on my Zumba DVD today along with the treadmill and ab lounger.  (I said plan) LOL  Vitamins and water are not really an issue for me.  Getting the right food combinations and exercise is my trouble areas.  That being said, I'm working on it.

Good to see you up & at 'em this morning, Z.  Friday was the most normal day I've had in over 2 weeks- Woo-hoo! Discovered Zumba on Youtube and started my Friday morning movin' around, which I plan to do again after this post.
Friday B- 1 egg over light, 1 piece Am. cheese, 1 wh.wheat toast (Yum)
          L.- At Panera Bread with hubby. 1/2 c. vegetable soup, 2 bites of chicken from salad & I closed up, NF Chai Tea Latte to go- lasted rest of afternoon
         D.- Back in the kitchen, about 1/2 c. beef stroganoff (Hamburger Helper) & 3 brussel sprouts
         Snax- 1 LF fudge bar
Now, on to Zumba! Happy Week-end to all!

Do you use a special program to  post what you are eating and the  nutrients?  I am having problems losing and would like to start posting to see if it would help me be more accountable.  I like the way you post and the way it includes the nutrients.

jla74 I use Fitday.com.  There are many others but I started with this one and loaded in all my foods as purchased so its too much trouble to change.  Anyway I'm old and the only change I want right now is for my weight drop.  LOL
