Hope all are well and working with their weightloss tool.  I'm proud of staying on track with my exercise routine, water and vitamins, however not so happy with my caloric intake and choices.
Today being hump day and also being my 37th wedding anniversary I am focusing on juggling all aspects of my life in a positive way. 
Today I will get in my 70gms of protein, 30 minutes exercise, 64 - 80 ozs. of water, taking vitamins and while remaining under 1,000 calories.
