Hi all!! I am new to KY (moved from VA/DC with the BRAC).  I currently trying to get approval for LapBand through Anthem Blue Cross.  I am going through LapBandofLouisville.com with Dr. Olsofka, Lusco and Schuster.  If anyone has been through them, please inbox me :) Look fwd to reading the boards here!!
