Feeling stronger, eating better: B. 1 egg, over light, 1 slice Amer. cheese, L. Frisch's slad bar- 1/2 c. bean soup, mostly broth, a little egg, cheese, sunflower seeds,& peas, 1/2 sm. muffin, D. 1/2 c. chicken noodle soup, 1 6oz. yogurt. OK I ate 2 small chocolate cookies today, but now they are gone! Slowly but SURELY approaching "normal"! Have a good one, Ms. Z & anyone else out there!
Glad to hear u are feeling stronger. Yeah I too have finished my dark chocolate covered raisins. I should be safe because the ones I like are only sold at the Amish store and I won't been going in that direction again this month.
Hope the scale goes down tomorrow. I only weigh on Friday.
