To start my day got the news that my grandkids lost everything when their apartment caught fire and was completely burned up.  They are all safe and I am grateful. 
However when stressful situations catch u off guard, foodaholics tend to over indulge.  As the day went on I did.  Not excuse just the fact.
Today I must pull it together and get back on track.  With that being said, here's what I ate yesterday.  What about u?

Z, so sorry to hear about the difficult week-end for your grandkids.  Glad to know they are safe but I'm sure it's been very hard on them & the family.  Hope this week brings comfort and renewed strength for them AND for you!
Sunday, B. 1/4- 1/3 c. oatmeal, scant teaspoon brown sugar, L. 3- 4 bites green salad, 3 pieces California sushi roll, minus some of the rice. D. McDonald's cheeseburger without the bread, followed by 1/2 caramel sundae.  Appetite is somewhat back & energy is improved.   Monday is looking good after a full week-end- celebrated hubby's 62nd birthday with ALL the children & grandchildren- blessed!
