Slowly, and I do mean SLOWLY, I think I'm getting back to normal.  This flu bug has been the hardest thing I've had to deal with in a long time! Hope to be back at the gym by Monday.
For Thursday: B. 1/4 c. Cheerios, a little milk & sugar.  L. 1/2 c. marvelous vegetable soup, 2 small bites of cornbread (Main Street Cafe, Mt. Washington), D. 1/4 c. vegetable soup and a couple of bites tuna fish,3 Ritz crackers,  2 SF popsicles.
