and Good morning.  Too much snow so stuck home today.  Not good.  Sliders start looking better and better.  Soups and chilis can be positive but not the crackers or corn bread that you might it with them.  Homemade hot chocolate, umm, umm good but that low fat milk or cream can work havoc w/carbs.  Even decaffinated coffe can get out of whack if you add artificial sweeteners and creamer.  Just be careful today if decreased activity causes you to over indulge.
