Had a great day, exercised w my new Zumba DVD's.  Ate well and stayed pretty much on track.  Today I'm feeling hungry so I've mixed my diet up a little and hope to still do well.

 Yesterday, I thought I'd taken 2 steps forward- by evening, it was more like 3 steps backward.  Needless to say, I did NOT make it to the gym.  If I'm not feeling better by morning, I'm calling my primary care doc.  So... What did I eat yesterday?  Throughout the day I had chicken noodle soup, mostly broth, about 6 Ritz crackers, and 3 sf popsicles.  By dinner, I was so tired of this kind of diet, I ate about 4 small bites of a Lean Cuisine meal my dear husband fixed.  Later, I regretted it- just too spicey.  Perhaps, Scarlett said it best when she said, "Tomorrow is another day!"  (This is NOT the way to lose weight!!!)
