Had a great day, exercised w my new Zumba DVD's. Ate well and stayed pretty much on track. Today I'm feeling hungry so I've mixed my diet up a little and hope to still do well.

Yesterday, I thought I'd taken 2 steps forward- by evening, it was more like 3 steps backward. Needless to say, I did NOT make it to the gym. If I'm not feeling better by morning, I'm calling my primary care doc. So... What did I eat yesterday? Throughout the day I had chicken noodle soup, mostly broth, about 6 Ritz crackers, and 3 sf popsicles. By dinner, I was so tired of this kind of diet, I ate about 4 small bites of a Lean Cuisine meal my dear husband fixed. Later, I regretted it- just too spicey. Perhaps, Scarlett said it best when she said, "Tomorrow is another day!" (This is NOT the way to lose weight!!!) Thanks for posting Z, talk to you Wednesday!
