Oops!  Had a crack in my weekend gear and before going to bed got into the dark chocolate covered raisins.  Not going to beat myself up but got up this morning and got on the treadmill, the ab lounger, the exercise bike and did a little weight lifting.  So besides that little side step from eating well, This is what I ate yesterday.
