I love this book..I hate to read and read it in three days..It was so helpful and answered so many questions I had after falling off the bandwagon myself...been banded 3 years. If you havent read this book please do its an awesome tool to have...
Just ordered mine last night. Even though I'm 2 1/2 yrs. out, I feel like I could use the refresher course. Looking forward to getting back to the basics with Jean. Have a good week!
