How is everyone?
I reached my personal goal weight a couple of weeks ago. I am happy about that, but sure could use a tummy tuck! I feel really good physically, but still can't eat most meat. I have come to terms with that and get my protein from other sources.
I have a lot of things going on in my personal life. I started a new job in August and am ending a 20-year marriage. I'm in the process of buying a house and am looking forward to moving as soon as I can get in it. Right now I'm still living with my soon to be ex-husband and that is awkward. Our divorce should be final before Christmas.

Hi.. I haven't been on OH in a while. Sounds like you are going thru lots of changes. Good Luck with your new job and home. I know you travel a bunch. I am sure you will feel better when you are settled in your new home.
I just wanted to say Hello to everyone too. I am at a very good point, but I can see some bad habits slipping back into the daily routine since I can eat more now. Protein fills me up quickly, but I crave carbs so much. I have had to break a couple of junk food compulsions. It is something that I never thought I would have to do. My best thing is working out. I have always loved it and it continues to be the bright spot in the maintenance struggle. I really think I should lose a few more pounds, but I haven't had the motivation to do so yet.

I don't get on the board like I used to.
Am still in Alabama.....got my own apartment last Saturday. Much closer to work which is WONDERFUL.! Definitely have my own amount of personal drama so I feel your pain on that one.
I have maintained my weight loss very well. I have been very busy with my move and my weight dropped to 130 but am back to 136 now. I usually stay 136-142. Never happier about my size. I am very physically active at work so am not doing any routine exercise at this time. Get in 3-7 miles of walking a day at work and simply feel like that is enough. lol

I am well and at goal. I too am trying not to allow bad habits to slip back in. I am not exercising enough, but trying to get more.
I still see people who do not recognize me and I still forget that i do not look the same. I still go to the store and occasionally pick up my correct size...usually the old sizes.
I am maintaining good labs...and so far so good.
I wish I had lots of money....I would get my arms and chin done, but oh well. That is life.
I am good and happy!
