I have a date!!

I am so excited. They called today to set my date for surgery. I'm scheduled for July 30th. It's going to be a long 3 weeks, but I can't wait.

I am so upset. I had to move my surgery date up to the 5th of August because the HR dept. at my work said that since I would be 3 days shy of qualifying for FMLA ,with my original date, that if I went ahead and had the surgery then I would not be coming back to a job because they would not hold it for me.
