Suburban Support Group

Just wondering if anyone knows what the topic is for this months meeting?  I used to attend almost every month but have not been in quite a while.

Yes, the topic is fitness and a new guy who works in the bariatric unit at Suburban will be presenting.  He is an exercise physiologist.

Our Suburban support group meetings are held the 4th Thursday of the month at 6:00 p.m.  Join us in in Plaza III, Room 108.

Also, we have support group meetings downtown at Cranmer Auditorium, Norton Pavilion, on the second Tuesday of the month at 6 p.m.  We hope to see you there!
