Happy Tuesday
today is a great day for me...I have had water, cottage cheese and a couple of bites of waffle with sugar free syrup. a 20 oz 2% latte, cheese and crakers for lunch and a few sips of Hunter's milkshake. So not too bad at all so far- protein at good levels. Woo hoo. Now on to water...and I need the rest of vitamins...off to take calcium!
