Leaving for Myrtle Beach on Thursday and hoping I can stay on track while I am there..........so many tempting foods!

I am packing healthy snacks so hopefully that will help.

Thinking if I stick to the seafood I will get my protein......just not wanting to give in to the frozen lemonades and sweet desserts!

Hi Leslie!  I hope you have a good time on vacation.  We just went on a 7-night cruise last month and the food temptations were tough, but I came back with a 2 pound weight loss.  I think that allowing yourself a little lattitude on vacation is okay, especially if you are going to be getting in a lot of physical activity.  I ate things on our cruise that I never eat at home, but I kept my portions reasonable and made sure to get my protein in each day.

Have a wonderful trip!

Leslie,

I just got back from Las Vegas and I enjoyed every mouthful of it.  Just don't be too hard on yourself.  Have fun and if you do eat too much (like I did), you can get it off when you get back home.
