Introduction

Hi everybody, just got approved to have VSG and will meet with my Dr. to schedule on Thursday. I hope to be a loser soon like so many of my bluegrass friends on here.

Is your insurance going to cover your VSG? If so what kind of insurance? I would like to have the VSG but couldn't get my insurance to approve.

My insurance is covering the surgery. I have Empire BCBS it took about 10 days for the approval to come thru.
Keep trying, it seems most insurance company's are updating there WLS guidelines.
