approved for plastic surgery

I was approved for surgery on my stomach today, does anyone know what all is involved, how long recovery will be? I am nervous but excited all at the same time!!

I don't know what's involved, but am super excited for you that your insurance is going to cover it!

lol, never a bikini for me!!! but it would be nice to wear one without a skirt atttached, and Leslie I will keep you updated, pre-op is this wednesday, and surgery is the 16th, just hope I am not to bad off to do my school work, thanks to all of you for your support and kind words!! Lisa

Are you having a tummy tuck or a panni removal?
I had a panni removal last Feb when i had my hysterectomy and it took me a little longer to recoup .
Go to the plastic surgery board here on OH and they can give you some great advice..
And CONGRATS

I found out today, they are just doing a panni removal , how long did it take you to get over it? I am curious!!

Ok ladies, surgery is Tuesday, not sure what time, as I am typing this I am drinking a yummy barium sulfate shake, ooooooooooooh, yucky I say, have to have a ct scan with contrast of my abdomen and pelvis this morning!!!  I am nervous and excited!! Thanks for all the support!!
