Wednesday Accountability

OK...Didn't make it on here yesterday but back today!

B:   SF Hazelnut Coffee
S:    1/2 c. meaty marinara sauce with a little pasta
L:    1/2 cheeseburger with a slice of tomatoe, 3 FF, 3 bites of cake (BAD!)
S:    Going to be a non-fat yogurt
D:    Baked Pork Chop, 1/2 small baked potatoe, few bites of steamed brocolli
S:    Boiled Egg and handful of grapes

Thats the plan anyway!

EXERCISE:   Still focusing on arms, shoulders, chest and back with hand weights.

Hey lady. I sooo need to start keeping up with my food again. Right now I have been adding a protein coffee to my days food in take. Gotta get that protein in !
