Monday's Accountability

OK - KY OHers.....we need to keep this board alive and be accountable.  I am sure I am not the only one who is struggling to eat properly and exercise.....at least I kind of hope I'm not the only one who has been bad.........

Today's Intake:

B:   1 slice toast with butter, and 1/2 c of scrambled eggs with peppers and cheese
S:    Pack of Reduced Fat P-Nut Butter Crackers
L:     4 meatballs, 1 slice bread, few bites of green beans, 3 slices of peach
S:     1 banana
D1:   1 c. chili with cheese and beans, and 1 c. tortilla chips
D2:   Probably going to be a chicken quesadilla
S:       Non-Fat Cherry Vanilla Yogurt

Exercise:   Doing some arm exercises with hand weights, and lots of stretching!  I am sooo sore.  Volunteered with Habitat for Humanity on Saturday and put insulation in a house......My body was not used to that type of work......but WOW....what a work out!

Hello!  I agree that it's a good idea to keep the board moving and to be accountable.  Yes, I struggle with eating properly and exercising, too.  You are not alone!  I did join the YMCA yesterday and worked out for the first time in over a year.  Instead of taking it easy to start out, I walked 40 minutes on the treadmill and then did all the weight machines that I used to do!  Today I am paying the price for being so ambitious.  LOL

Here's what I've had so far today:

B:  Pure Protein shake
S:  1/2 cup high protein snack mix
L:  Greek yogurt and an orange
S:  Reduced-fat cheese and 5 saltines
S2:  6 Hershey's kisses (BAD!!!!!)

I don't know what I'm having for dinner yet.  So far today I've had 753 calories and 51 grams of protein.  I do plan on going back to the Y and walking on the treadmill tonight.

BTW, great job on working at the Habitat for Humanity house!  That's a great thing to do for someone else.

You've done good today!   And you have reminded me that I need to count my calories and protein.  I used to be so faithful and now I have strayed terribly.   But going to get back on it!
