Hey KY peeps... Here's to a good start to the week.  Let's see if I can meet my goals this week.  High Protein, low sugar, fluids, vitamins + exercise. 

It's almost Feb.  Need to get my butt in gear.  The bikini is waiting.  LOL that's a joke.  Seriously, my year surgiversary is Feb 13.  I would like to lose a little more please.

Greetings...
Oh, well, screwed up for today....but as of now...1127 I will be better. I ate some biscuts (2)- a buttery cookie.
Ok, so  for bfast 3 bites of homemade meatloaf
   midmorn 20 oz latte
Lunch will be tuna and 2 triscuts and maybe a slice of small apple or 2 (it kills me to buy the large ones now so I don't waste.)
   Tonights dinner will be taco meat and tomatoes- the fam is having tacos.

hopefully I will not give in to the SALT monster and will have a hot choco protein drink...which works well when I do it. yeah... niff said.

Hey Becky!

I know you can do it girl!  You are a strong person and have resolve.  Keep the faith.  I'll be checking in to see your progress.  I am attempting to stay where I am at the moment and enjoy the wardrobe I have in my closet.  I'm sure my body won't agree, but I am being good.  I have just increased my food intake to 5 small meals a day.  Of course, with the exercise I am doing, I still lost 3 pounds last week and some of the clothes are getting big on me.  Oh well,  I'll just go out and look for more.  That part is fun!  (again)

I am ready for summer too and need to get on track and tone up!!!

B:   less than 1/2 of an egg mcmuffin, unsweet tea
L:   5 deli chicken slices, slice of cheese, 4 banana pepper rings, and 2 slices of bread
S:   2 baby carrots and a handful of salt and vinegar chips with ranch dressing
D:   4 cheese ravioli's with meat sauce, few bites of caesar salad
S:    Same as dinner!
S2:  Coffee and more coffe

I am working until midnight this week so have got to have the caffeine to keep me awake!  lol
I am also counting my climb up the tower as my exercise.......7 stories of stairs!

Hello Everyone... I didn't make it back on here last night, but here goes  Yesterday was good.  I had a protein shake after working out last night.  I did my step and then body pump @ the Y.  So, food, vitamins, fluid all good yesterday.  Just was sooooo tired when I got home.  I went to bed early so I wouldn't be tempted to eat something carby.  The extra rest really made me feel better this morning.  I probably shoud do that more often.

Sandi.. funny, no bikini for me, but maybe you?  Vera-Ellen, can't wait to see you.  I bet you are looking as Wonderful as you are feeling.  Teach..protein shakes are something we shouldn't completely forget about.  I am trying to work one back into the evening and stay away from the crunch-crispy-salty-sweet stuff.  Leslie, 7 flights of stairs?..umm yes.. that would definitely count.
