Wishing everyone a wonderful Friday and upcoming weekend.
I will be working a different post for a week beginning Sunday evening.  I kind of look forward to it.  I will be on evening watch and will get to sleep late in the mornings  :)

Todays Intake:

B:  Egg McMuffin, unsweet tea
S:  1 slice sausage, 4 saltine crackers
L:  1 steak taco
S:  ????   Coffee Probably
D:  Planning on BBQ chicken tenders and a side of peas
S:  ???  Don't know yet but I know I will have one! lol

EXERCISE:   Walking if it isn't raining.

L 4 oz egg salad
  1 oz pretzels
  1tbsp relish
S Twisted protein bar

NOT a good day

bfast: latte 20 oz milk

2 mini carrots, yogurt carb master 1/2 banana

small slice cheese and triscut

dinner: greek yogurt, triscuts and havarti cheese....oh

OMG I need more protein today...shake before bed -- dessert? hardly, but it will have to suffice!

Hey Leslie... thanks for posting.  I am going to start a Monday today.  Just wanted to say that we all need each other and I appreciate you helping with the threads.  My goal was to get on OH every day.  LOL  That isn't happening, so yea for my KY OH friends.

I get on while at work.   I moved last April after I sold the house.  I live on top of a mountain and the only internet option I had was HughsNet....a satellite internet service that is way expensive and has a high cancellation fee.....and I plan on moving in 6 months....sooooooo.....I get on OH when I am at work!  LOL
Love getting paid to catch up on my OH friends!
