Monday Monday
Well, it's technically Tuesday, but I'll respond anyway!
Yesterday was okay. I got all my protein, water, and vitamins in. I still haven't gotten the exercise thing going yet -- I really want to! I've asked my husband to bring the treadmill up from the basement. I know I HAVE to exercise.
I am absolutely sick of Greek yogurt and protein bars. Other than hamburger in chili or prepared for tacos, meat doesn't agree with me. I feel like I eat the same thing all the time!
