Friday...the 15th

Happy Friday Everyone.

chili, 3 crackers, shred cheese w/ franks red hot ..b-fast
nut mix 1/2 cup for snack
repeat bfast for lunch
couple of pretzel crisps

need some more water and one last vitamins before the night is over.
 
no excercise... going at 8:00 tomorrow morn.

Hey!!!!

Well Ihad a great day until my hubby wanted to go to the movies..UGH.. I just CAN"T stay away from the popcorn!!!!

B:protein bar
L 2oz pastrami
  1/2 c cottage cheese

S 1 oz beef jerky

D.. Went to movies had popcorn and then went out for chinese food..YIKES!!!
Then felt guilty and mad at myself!! grrrrr
