Hey All!!!  So Far today.....................
Thursday went to the gym and did 30 minutes on elliptical and another 15 on the walking track

B: turkey Sausage
   1/2 c egg beaters w slice of cheese

L 1/2 c cottage cheese
   2 oz pastrami
   1oz lf pretzels

D: 1 hotdog, no bun
    1/2 cup baked beans

will have some snack tonight but don't know what yet

all good, chili, chicken, sushi... water, vitamins, step/weight combo class.  very good and a big check... Reeses cups... bad.bad.bad   They are not orange, but in an orange package.  I think that is my least favorite color.

B:   Egg McMuffin with 1/2 the muffin, coffee
L:   Chinese - Kung Pao Chicken, 1/2 egg roll, 1 wonton, cottage cheese with 2 melon cubes
D   Cup homemade chili, 6 Zesta Crackers, 1 slice of cheese
S:   Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese

Exercise:   4 hrs. of self-defense training at work
