Hey Ladies and Gents...

Did my gym today!!! 30 minute elliptical, 1 mile walk, 45 minute toning class

Before workout; special K protein drink  180
S South beach snack bar  100

L 1/2 cup cottage cheese 80
   2oz pastrami  70
   1 oz pretzels 115

D Lauras Lean Meatloaf 230
  few bites of potatos

Maybe handful of peanuts tonight

Hi Sandi,

Thanks for posting.  I am struggling to get on this board everyday, but I am getting better.  Please keep up the good work.  My goal was to get back to basics.  It is slowly working.  Getting rid of the sugar.  I also sat down and worked through the totals of my vitamins.  My Gyn wanted me to bump up my calcium and D specifically.  So.. just could use more fluids.  I think my next goal is to keep a food journal next week.  I want to see where my protein is.  I started a few shakes this week.  Still thinking about the 5 day pouch test too.  It would be good, just that *****y day of liquids scares me for my family.

You have been doing great with your new gym.  I am so glad that you like it.  Let me know if you still like Spinning.  You have to give it a few more classes.
