Thanks for posting. I am struggling to get on this board everyday, but I am getting better. Please keep up the good work. My goal was to get back to basics. It is slowly working. Getting rid of the sugar. I also sat down and worked through the totals of my vitamins. My Gyn wanted me to bump up my calcium and D specifically. So.. just could use more fluids. I think my next goal is to keep a food journal next week. I want to see where my protein is. I started a few shakes this week. Still thinking about the 5 day pouch test too. It would be good, just that *****y day of liquids scares me for my family.
