At our support meeting on Tues. our Nut gave us a tip for
www.realizemysuccess.com & www.lapband.com She said that there were recipes for Protein shakes too.
If you like Chai Tea, i have a good recipe to add to Vanilla protein.

I found the ones I liked the best were the ones I came up with on my own. Trial and ...oh, I am NOT drinking that! lol
Walmart's Body Fortress is still my favorite.
8 oz 2% or soy milk
2 packets of splenda
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 frozen banana (I peel and slice in half before freezing in baggie. Keeps them available and away from kids)
Handfull of whatever fruit I have in house and available.
Buzz it up in the magic bullet and drink!
