How was your eating today?

OK I have tried this 3 times...

I did pretty well.

I need to drink more water, but working on that now.  I got meds and vitamins in so far.

need a bit more protein so either a glass of milk OR protein later before bed.

My slip was homemade cookies...ugh. That is what I get for being home and baking on snow days.

So my progress is ok my perfection non exsistant...

 Hello everyone,

Protein good, water good w/special K, vitamins good, Workout check, then a protein drink on the way home from the YMCA..

So far so good, but I want to eat a little something... Let's hope I make a good choice.
