TGIF!!!! How's everyone doing????? Any exciting weekend plans???

Due to the kids having a 2 hour snow delay I didn't make it to my classes at the gym, so I just took the day off....

B Special K Protein Shake

L 3 ouces Tuna
   1 serv Wheat Thins

S 1/2 cup cottage cheese
   1/2 serv Turkey Pepporoni

D 3 oz Taco Meat
    Cheese, Salsa
   1 serv Tostitos

Water-good
Exercise 30 minutes cardio

Breakfast EAS protein drink

Lunch Home made Chicken soup 4 oz with 1 saltine cracker

Snack Oreo, that's my down fall and I have to keep them for my dad otherwise they would not be in the house.

Supper Garlic Shrimp

Snack EAS

I would have done great if it had not been for the Oreo.
