Hey All!!!!
Did a good cardio workout today on the elliptical then started to walk the track started feeling shaky.... and weak.. this has happened to me a couple times lately and I don't know why.. I've been eating good about 13-500 calories a day, getting in all my protein and water so I don't know what the cause of it is....
Anyways.. here it goes..

Before workout- yogurt
B: Twisted protein bar

L 3oz Ham
  1/2 c cottage cheese
  1 serv LF pretzels

S South beach Snack bar

Dinner 1/2 cup egg beaters
              Turkey Sausage patty

 Hello All...

Good Day... 

hot tea with milk
sloppy joe meat with little cheese for b-fast
snack - 1 oz cheese & 2 pcs wheat thin flat bread cracker
1/2 chicken breast and a few bites of noodles
1 cup chai tea, mixed with 1% milk, but real sugar :(
dinner... don't know the tea kinda filled me up.. I think I will get a few bites of chicken

fluid -- check

vitamins -- check

excercise -- check  ( weight class & step class)


much better day... still carbs, but fewer.. no sugar ... yet!!

 Hey Sandi...I have a dizzy issue sometimes when I am working out.  I know it takes a while to regain your center of balance.  It's just a few seconds, but ... not shaky, just dizzy for a moment.  It is scary, but it never last long.

Mine is like faint.. weakness... shaking... really wierd...

Sandi if you have a blood sugar meter test your blood sugar before and at the event and see if it is low.
just something to watch out for.

I had 2 pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast

Lunch - twisted protein bar  vanilla yum my favorite

Dinner:   3 garlic and herb new potatoes

Snack  1 weigh****cher fudge bar
OMG and a gallon of lemon lime kool-aid made with splenda


No exercise today other than cleaning house and grocery shopping and fighting blue and white haired old people at Krogers  felt like I was playing dodge ball getting around them and them running into me  lol

B:    Coffee and an Egg McMuffin
L:    Hamburger with 1/2 bun, slice of tomatoe and pickles, 5 potatoe wedges
S:    Small pk. of Lemon Cookies....I can not wait until the holiday temptations are gone....going to have to throw them all away as I have no willpower!
D1:  cup of chicken chili, serving of green beans, slice of toast
D2:  1 steak taco, chips and salsa
S:    1/3 of a ham and cheese sandwich

I have totally sucked in the food and eating today...hmm, guess I know why. I had to get up and start cleaning right away for company and never ate. I ate yogurt for lunch and I muched a bit while the company had coffe and sweets.
OK, this afternoon. I will be having some cheese and crackers and for dinner I will eat some of the chili I made...maybe!
As I said...I suck today!
Tomorrow should be better...another snow day though so we will see. Maybe I can hit the gym in the am.
have a better decision day than I am havin one and all
