TUESDAY JAn. 5th
Hey Ladies,
Day two of being back on the wagon...
I took my first Zumba class and really enjoyed it.. Followed that by an 45 minute Pilates class that WAS NOT much fun..... HA!!! I have NO Core Strength what so ever... WOW.. I've got a weak GUT!!! Couldn't do half of those exercises... not sure I really liked it.. I'm more of the fast paced cardio stuff.... so I'll definately be returning to Zumba again!
OHHH and I signed up for my FIRST spinning class on Thursday am... so well see how that goes...
B; whole wheat english muffin

L 2 oz chicken
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Baked lays
S twisted protein bar
D: 4 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 c spinach ( didn't finish all the chicken)
handful of peanuts and raisins

Hey Sandi..... Yea!!! Don't you love those classes?
I had a better day. Not completely off the carb or sugar wagon. Protein was good for b-fast & lunch... slid a little with some peanut butter crackers on the way to the grocery after the YMCA. Then just a little noodles with my baked chicken.......... then some peppermint icecream.
Maybe you can pull your wagon around so I can pull myself on. Tomorrow is a new day.

Well, i have not had the best day with my food choices but my other choices have definately improved! I even tok my vitamins today!!
I figured out today that I am tight with my band both in the mornings and the evenings with the hours of about 12 to 7 being WIDE open!! This is great to make me knock off the last night grazing. i hipe it lasts! My morning tightness kinda feels like it's a little less severe too. I was able to take my pills this morning along with that horse pill vitamin and not feel it!
OK, onto the pertinant stuff:
FOOD
B: StarBeck's raspberry chocolate latte (12oz 1% mik, splenda, S/F flavorings, about 6oz coffee)
L: 5 oven baked rangoons -- per the box the calorie count wasn't too bad at 260 calories, 17 fat, 23 carb and 5 protein
S: This is where it fell apart ~~> single serve bag of goldfish crackers (not the 100 calorie ones either), several raw almonds, a mini Reese's cup, about 5 tortilla chips...there might have been more but I don't remember!
D: Southwest Chicken junk (chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasons) About 3/4 cup with a dollop of sour cream, a sprinkle a shredded cheese and Ortega Taco sauce (the is no duplicate)
**I should have a protein drink tonight to make things a little better but I doubt it would go down since it's getting late and Sybil is being moody.
FLUIDS
12 oz milk
32 oz water
not likely to get the last 20oz in because i'm getting tight already tonight and belching on fluids already.
FITNESS
Made it to the gym as planned and did about 45 minutes on the weight machines and then 10 minutes on the climber to get my heart pumping.

S: Cherry chewy candy......BAD
L: 6" turkey sub from Subway with provolone cheese, tomatoe, lettuce, and banana peppers
S: Pure Protein Bar
S: Crackers with Cheese
D: Chicken Chili, crackers and cheese, 1 chocolate covered cherry
S: Handful of pretzels with French Onion Dip
No exercise..... :(
Glad we are doing this, because.....WOW........I know I have to eat every 2 hrs. to keep my blood sugar regulated but I really need to make better choices! Amazing how we slip back into old habits!
