WLS has made my New Year ... awesome!!

 Hey everyone... One of my New Years Resolutions was to come back to the OH board more often.  I think that being on this site helps me focus on the WLS guidelines that I need.  It helps to help others in their journey.  I just want to encourage all of us to pay if forward.  We need to give our encouragement and advice to the seeking, pre-op and post-ops.  Thanks to OH, I always found the answers I needed.  Let's have a good 2010.  Thanks for listen and helping me with my WLS decision last year.
