Food, Fluids and Fittness!! 1/4/10
Howdy y'all!!
OK, it's the first Monday of the new year! No more excuses!!
Time for me to put on my big girl panties and start taking care of myself again!
I have a call into Doc Larson concerning my odd "tight with fluids but not actul food" situation and I am headed up to the YMCA once my Gracie gets home from school.
Whoever gets here first each day can start the post. No need to wait on me, OK??

FOOD
breakfast: Starbeck's latte (12oz 1% milk, 4 splenda, S/F syrup and a splash of coffee)
lunch 1: 1/2 cup Egg beater omelet w/ 1/4 cup shreeded cheese, a dollop of sour cream and a couple spoons of salsa
Lunch 2: the rest of the omelet since I can't eat it all at one time
dinner: I'm making chicken mexi-junk! It's naked chicken tenders with a can of black beans, a can of mexi-corn and a packet of taco seasoning all thrown into a skillet and cooked up. I usually add a dollop of sour cream, a bit of shredded cheese and some taco sauce on top. My portion will be about 1/2 a cup
evening snack: S/F CIB to boost my protein count
**Not sure I'm going to count carb/calories/protein for now. I'm going to focus on quality choices and proper volume instead.
FLUIDS
12oz milk
20oz water is going to the gym with me
32oz crystal light I will sip on all night til bed.
FITNESS
Check! Did 30 minutes on the treadmill and then 12 minutes on the climber. That climber is a butt kicker!!

Hey Girls! Yes Monday it is!!!!!!!! and I am ACCOUNTABLE!!!
I did a 45 minute Cardio Mix class and a 45 minute total body toning class this am!!!
I've had 48 oz of water so far.. plus crystal light.. will get my last two glasses of water in tonight...
B: 2 eggs scrambled with cheese
yogurt
L: 2 oz Chicken
1/2 c cottage cheese
1 serv baked lays
S: Twisted Protein bar...
D: I'm thinking Chili.. but will let you all know..=)

Okay I'm okay on my calories today.
Breakfast-blueberry muffin and 4 prunes
Lunch-2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of 35 calorie bread and blueberry muffin
Dinner-1 pulled pork sandwich, baked apples and mashed potatoes
Snack-1 cup of Breyers 1/2 fat ice cream
The daily plate says that I can have 1439 calories to lose 2 pounds a week. I was under this by about 39 calories.
Fluids - only have had caffenated drinks all day (bad Laura)
Fitness - nothing regulated but I walked a baby a lot today.

I was feeling pretty blah today but i tryed to be a good girl..
B/f carb master yougurt(neil likes them so i was lucky to get this)
Lunch;; cottage cheese and 2 crackers
dinner tilapia and grilled veggies (so good)
water and diet teas all day long..
I did some cleaning so thats my workout for today

Got my 60 oz. of water in and 24 oz. of caffeine free iced tea
Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - homemade chili (beans, beef, veggie juice, salsa) - 1cup
Dinner - 8 frozen meatballs w/spaghetti sauce and mozz. cheese (family had spaghetti)
Dessert - 2 mini cupcakes for my son's birthday
Exercise - did a 5K on the treadmill in 45 minutes. Best time for me so far! Ran for 30 of those 45!
