That's funny -- I have the opposite problem. I do great with my food at work, but when I get home I have the munchies!
What I do to try to battle the urge to munch a lot is drink water. When I'm drinking water, that means I can't eat for 30 minutes. If I keep working on water, I have to keep puttiing off eating. It helps me a lot.

Work in break times........walk around the office and be a social butterfly, or take time to call or email a friend....or plan a vacation online....LOL......not that I would do that on work time!
I keep things like shrimp or p-nut butter crackers around for a snack.
Pre-planning my snacks has worked for me.
I think munching is one of those things most of us struggle with.

I am like LeeAnn I munch more at home. UGH.... at work I am too busy. But I do try and have water or liquid to drink. And maybe allow yourself to schedule a snack break will help. If you have a time in mind than you will look to that an KNOW you dont want to at another time.
It is such a tough battle. I wish you the best. I did not like chips before and now I crave them....I think it may be the snacks.
good luck...one of the other gals drinks protein water by special k and it keeps her fuller so she doesnt snack...but I hate it so it doesn't work for me.
