Finally- Walking in ONEderland!

Move over Alice- after more than a year & a half, I have arrived in ONEderland!  It finally happened this morning when the scale said 199.  YAHOO!  Am I finished now?!  Heaven's no.  But oh, the glory, the motivation!!! I've been within 201-207 for MONTHS (oh, the frustration!!!!!!!) But now I'm ready to move forward- and DOWNWARD.  Reading of other peoples successes sometimes encouraged me in the past, sometimes, honestly, it made me a little jealous & added to my frustration.  But please, know that if you're stuck or frustrated today, the scale CAN MOVE and you can find yourself living healthier and lighter, hang in there!
Again, I'm celebratin' TODAY!!!!

Consider the scale reading as an early Christmas present.  I see lots of smaller clothes under your tree.  Hope to see you at the Norton's meeting next week. I haven't been in ages.
