Hello From Mt. Washington, KY

I got the news on Monday I'm approved and surgery is on Dec. 22. Merry Christmas to me.

I'm having mine done at St. Marys by Dr. Schuster.

Well hello and good for you. I'm sorry that I don't know where Mt Washington is, and for that matter, I don't know which St Marys you are talking about. I think every city has a St Marys. She sure gets around.

I am from western Ky, so I assume you live east of me.

Mt. Washington is in Bullitt county - just south of Louisville. St. Mary's is in Louisville it's actually Sts. Mary and Elizabeth hospital.

OK, I know now. I was going to have a lap band at Norton in Louisville, but after I heard of a VSG, I gave up on the lap band, and on Norton. Again, good luck with your surgery.....John

Congratulations. I also had my lapband by Dr Schuster. I am his biggest fan. The staff at St Mary & Elizabeth were so nice & competent.
I have lost 70 lbs in the last 16 months. I only have about 15 more to go. It was the best  thing I have ever done!!!!

Congrats on your date.  No you won't have to worry about those Holiday pounds.  Good Luck!!
